Hey I hope you are doing well! Not much is new here. One of the long-term workers from K-Town, where I was last year for 9 months, just told me a new brother just came into the family this week! This brings joy to my heart. A great reminder of what we are called to do. Acts 1:8 says, “ but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you and you shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all of Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.” We are called to be witnesses for Christ. He didn’t just save us to we can live a comfy life. He saved us so we can take his Word to those who have never heard. How can we keep this light hidden? I don’t know about you but this was a much-needed reminder. Yes I am called to ministry in Asia. But I am also called to be a witness everywhere I go.

God, give us opportunities to be a witness for you. Open our eyes to the big picture. I want to see your lost children the way you see them. Break my heart for what breaks yours. Help us to be bold enough to share our faith. God help me to slow down and see what you are doing in the now. Sometimes in the busyness of life I lose sight of what you are doing.
