It’s a week of celebration! 19 of our first year workers just landed back in the States, on Monday evening, after being in Asia the last 9 months. It’s awesome getting to see them, hear their stories, talk about what God has done in their and through them this last 10 months.
As they landed, we whisked them away to a nice camp by the lake to process and debrief their time in Asia. They have changed and life back in the states has changed for them so much that it is important to have a little buffer time to decompress and get ready to face to challenges of reverse culture shock. (Just as a reference, it took us almost a year to feel ourselves after three years in Asia.)
So be praying that it is an awesome week!
