Hello!

It never ceases to amaze me just how fast time flies over here! It seemed like just a few days ago we were getting ready to start the spring semester, and all of a sudden here it is, June 5th, and it is already beginning to draw to a close. I feel bad that I have not had the chance to write more often these past couple months, but to say that it was a whirlwind three months for me would not be an exaggeration!

Dad has truly done some phenomenal things in the X these past couple of months! In February and March we were feeling Him call us as individuals, as a city, and as a whole group to invest more and more time in prayer. And guess what we found out? PRAYER CHANGES THINGS!!! In just a few months we have seen over a dozen people join the family, at least 5 people get dunked, and a handful of new training groups start. Hurray!

One of the most awesome things we have seen is that over the past month or so, many people who have joined the family over the past semester and over the past year have finally gotten plugged into the church here in the X. For some of these friends, this has been a process that has taken weeks or months and lots of hard work to accomplish. But through it all we have seen that as we step out in prayer and ask God for things, we are really seeing them happen!

A little over 3 weeks ago our 9-month workers went back home after giving their all for this season that they were in Asia. While it was very hard to see them go, we are so honored to have had the chance to work with them, and so blessed to be in the process of reaping the harvest of what they sowed this year.

While the summer might mean rest for some people, not for us here the X! We have a short-term team here with us for the month of June, a Summer Retreat happening in July with key Asian believers, and most of us will also be moving to a different part of the X in late July/early August, so please be lifting all of that up!

Thank you once again for your continued prayer and support! I couldn’t do this without you!
