“Three years is a long time…”
Lately, these words have been ringing in my head. Many times have I heard these words from the lips of my loved ones.
For the past few days, I’ve been processing what this really means and asking the L0rd to prepare my heart. You see, I’ve already fully committed to this. I’m in it no matter what. I’ve been preparing for more than a few months. Now, however, I’ve begun to focus more of my attention and prayers towards preparing myself emotionally for what it will be like to be away. I’m not going to lie to you. It hasn’t been the easiest thing so far. But, the Lord is sooooo good!!!
It has been such a blessing to have sweet people in my life who are an encouragement through kind words, actions, and simply being an example to me.
