This fall, the question came up, “Since CT’s mission is to see campus changed in Asia, shouldn’t we all be involved in helping send new workers?”

The last 9 months since I have become the Recruiting Director have been awesome. But as we aim to send 40 new workers this next August, there are only so many phone calls, emails, events and connections that I can make. For the last month I have had 4 interns working with me, which has been huge, but it’s still not enough.

So, when we were thinking this fall about how we can have all of CT involved, we came up with the Recruiting Blizzard. These next couple weeks in Asia are a time set apart for training and getting ready for the second semester, since most students are home on a 6 week break.

For the next 2 weeks, every CT worker in Asia is going to be calling, emailing, facebooking, skyping or whatever they need to do to share the need of Asia with as many people as possible. We asked them to thinking of the top 10-15 people that come to mind. Since there are 40 workers in Asia right now, we are expecting 400-500 people to get a personal connection talking about what God is doing in Asia and how they could be apart of it.

400-500!!! That’s amazing.

Would you be apart of our Recruiting Blizzard by praying that God would send workers to Asia? In Luke 10:2, Jesus says, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”

Would you stand with us in prayer these next 2 weeks, that the Lord would send laborers into his harvest?

Thanks!

I am so thankful that we have such an awesome group of family and friends that stand behind our calling. So glad you’re on our team.
