One year ago today, I reached out to you with an urgent prayer request.
Kristine, a young believer, was being threatened with expulsion from her school because her friend, Lili, had betrayed her and spread lies about her faith (and the church here) to the school authorities.
God not only protected Kristine from being expelled; He had much bigger things in store. God’s love was going to take what was meant for evil and use it for good.
This past week Kristine baptized her betrayer, Lili, at a special Easter service. Kristine’s love and forgiveness helped draw her back to Christ. Lili has repented and been restored in the church.
It was a powerful moment of restoration and forgiveness for the whole church.
